  2. Choose Nutrient-Dense Foods: Focus on incorporating plenty of whole, nutrient-dense foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats into your diet. These foods provide essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber while helping to keep you feeling full and satisfied.
